Israel's first whisky distillery Milk & Honey has partnered with Welsh distillery Penderyn to act as the exclusive UK distributor of its first range of single malt whiskies.

Milk & Honey owner and Street Feast founder Jonathan Downey said the past decade of London’s bar scene has been a “desert in terms of change” and that hotel bars should not be named Best Bar in the World.

Milk & Honey, Israel's first-ever whisky distillery, is selling full-sized casks of its earliest edition whisky. The 200-liter, ex-bourbon casks.

Israeli distillery Milk & Honey will put 391 bottles of Israel’s first single malt whisky on sale in June.

The Gin Guild, a trade body set up in 2012 to encourage excellence in gin distillation and promote the category worldwide, has 25 new members.
